We collect personal and organization-level information to deliver membership benefits, process subscriptions, organize renewable energy events, and facilitate member database management. a) Personal & Contact Data: Name, designation, company/organization name, official email address, mobile number, office telephone, state/region, and postal address. b) Membership Details: Membership Type (e.g. Life, Ordinary, Associate), Member ID, company representative names, and state council affiliations. c) Transaction & Billing Information: Payment receipts, transaction references, GST numbers, and invoice billing addresses. (Note: We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers or bank PINs on our servers; payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways). d) Portal Activity & Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, device information, login timestamps, page access logs, and downloaded publications.
